Hi All,

I would like to draw your attention to Community Enabler
http://www.portalinabox.org/

This is an opensource project undertaken by a Maleny Enterprise Network
Association in Queensland Australia. http://www.mena.org.au/ It uses Zope
application server and the CMF Plone portal.  It is Free and available under
a GPL type Open Source license arrangement Portable to most popular
platforms - Linux, Windows, BSD etc.

I would appreciate if you forwarded this to appropriate Caribbean or Latin
American network email lists.
