Hi Carol

We got around a similar problem with fewer people by using USB Key rings
See: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/2981497.stm and www.usb-gadgets.co.uk

We carry around all the software a community group might need,
antivirus, firewalls etc on these pens as well as our documents and web
sites.

It=92s more a long term answer as, from our experience, Councils are
reluctant to deviate from the policy that was usually written in the
time of dual 5 =BC inch drives!

The pens start at =A314. But remember, if you decide to do it, to back
them up occasionally on a computer so they have a copy!

saved.
