Not sure if this is the place to post this so feel free to circulate.

Beginning a new project for which we need a sophisticated database driven
website with content managed easily by non techies. PHP and MySQL spring to
mind. The ethos of the project can be found here

Please consider this as a very informal opener but we will shortly be
inviting tenders for the work. We have a design spec which I will send
interested parties when the time is right. As shortlisted parties will be
expected to present their pitch at the University Of Teesside I would
imagine this is only suitable for UK based Companies.
