Apologies for cross posting

Anyone out there know anything about specialist hardware and software
(especially laptop based) that could be used for a severely disabled =
person
with only motor skills in one arm but does have full vocal ability. I =
assume
that there are specialist providers of this sort of equipment but not =
often
portable and can be expensive. What about converting an ordinary laptop =
with
any add-on software or hardware? Any help appreciated.
