Thanks - every thing is on hold with the group as the refurbishing of the
building continues to over run.
Funnily enough, when the local authority who own the building wanted to
sell it off, and got their surveyor to value it (at some ridiculous price),
the survey never uncovered these major structural problems ...
Still it was odd the way the LA then decided not to sell after all ...
